a. 3 1x1 Pictures
b. 1 secondary school record
c. 2 teacher's recommendations
-Do this way ahead of time! Teachers could take a while to write these and will not appreciate your constant bugging in the faculty room.
d. Your personal essay
-Take this seriously. There's a widespread rumor that the Ateneo only reads your essay if you failed the ACET, but I do not believe its true. Let your personality shine in your essay and make the admissions committee see just what kind of person you are.
e. Acknowledgement and Test Permit Forms that come with the envelope
2. Go to the Loyola Schools' Office of Admission and Aid, near Xavier Hall of the University.
-Line up and give your form to the OAA, then stick around for 10-20 minutes to have your application processed so you can receive your test permit.
-If you don't know where on earth this is, its the building to the right of Bellarmine Field, which is in front of the Gesu Church (The big, white, pyramid-like church).
If you have no idea where Loyola Heights is, or where Katipunan is in the first place, take the LRT and get down in Katipunan Station. Look for the big gym down the road with the Blue Eagle (See the picture down there), or look for where the traffic is headed and you should find the university. Don't be afraid to ask for directions if necessary.
